Question Wipe through Gallery

I want to implement the option to wipe through a horizontal gallery.

I don´t want to click on the arrows or dots.

I don´t want to automate it only.

I want to wipe quickly through the gallery.

I have it in my Theme from themegoods "Photography" but i want to do it in elementor or with a Plugin..

Or do i need JS?
