Planned blogs

Hi,
Every week I plan a blog. This blog has to appear on my Home page, “container with posts” and also on a seperate page, container with posts.
The planned blog for the Home page goes well, however for the separate page not, I have to do that by hand.
It doesn’t matter using cache plugins or not.

What could be the solution?

Hi,
I've looked into your tips but cann't find the solution.
I don't know how to see / get
Query: set Source = Latest Posts and make sure no Include/Exclude, category, or “Offset” is set..
Does the picture give a better idea?
I've also looked at Wp Crontrol, I cann't find a schedule voor posts.
