My URL button works on all devices except desktops

I have a URL button with a link to another site (Amazon). Clicking on the button works when using smart phones and ipads, but does not work on laptops or desktops. I have had clients tell me the same when they try. Any ideas what I have done wrong? (weaferjim.com)
