Unable to log into company site (help) URGENTLY

So recently had iPhone and old sim destroyed on holiday, not repairable. Tried getting new sim, same number with Tesco mobile. Long story short, could not keep same number so new iPhone & sim/number was required so yesterday I obtained a new iPhone & number.

Desperately trying to get into our company website on Wordpress to change phone numbers and update email.

Doesn’t seem to be a way to talk to a human? Can anybody help , I’d be super grateful any help!!!

Assuming you are on wordpress.com, if you don't have the ability to do a password reset and send it to the existing email address , then database access is typically the only way.

I believe thats only avaliable on business and commerce paid plans and not free. So that only leaves you with requesting support
