Images in page not formating

I have one page on my website which contain photos of dog parents and their puppies that are currently available. For the parents I use the Image element and for the puppies I use the Media Carousel to showcase the dogs. It used to work until recently . What's happening is when I add a lot of dogs, Elementor does not seem to format the last few pictures. I'm thinking it could be a cache issue. I use W3 Total Cache but I'm not sure about the configuration.

Ive just looked at your page and couldnt see any problems, do you have a screenshot of what you are seeing

Thank you for your reply. I'm not an expert web developer and what I know I taught myself. So I'm not familiar with everything yet.
I'm not using Cloudflare/CDN. Is it important to use?
Is W3TC the best plugin to control cache?
I've Reload the page in an incognito window and it's all formatted

Ive just looked at your page and couldnt see any problems, do you have a screenshot of what you are seeing

The first part of the page is formatted correctly but if you go about half down the rest are not formatted.
