How do i edit the post comments widget aspects ?

Hi there, i'm using elementor pro with OceanWP theme, i'd like to modify the aspect of the post comments widget, as for exemple remove the web field, and do few changes.
my pb is i can't find the right php files, reading tutorials send me to the functions.php and comments.php in for exemple wp-content/themes/oceanwp/

Could you please point me on where is the right php file i'm looking for ?
