wp-admin white screen

Good day

I would like to request assistance with the above.
When attempting to login to WP site via /wp-admin I am presented with a white screen, however the site is reflecting correctly.

Would appreciate if anyone could advise what I should be looking at in order to resolve.
I have done the following;
1. Changed the PHP version in cPanel
2. Increased MEMORY LIMIT to 512mb / POST MAX SIZE to 256mb and UPLOAD MAX FILE SIZE to 128mb
3. Have checked that the SITE URL and HOME PAGE URL match in the wp-config file
4. I have also confirmed that the above is reflecting correct in phpMyAdmin
5. When debugging it seems to point to a plugin that is not present.
6. Speaking of plugins... I have also disabled the plugins by renaming the folder, hoping to get access to the login screen, but to no avail.

If anyone is able to further advise it would really be helpful.

I’ve had a similar issue with our prediction section front end so would appreciate any help

Have you checked the MU or Drop in plugin folders to see if there is any old advanced cache plugins. Or additionally anything using a WAF, and thus has entries in the .htccess, user.ini etc ?

At this point we have reached a dead end.
