Use elementor default color in block

Hi,

I have seen we have default colors in Elementor, but i don't see where i can apply these colors in a block.
Exemple, i have a text for which i want to apply the primary or secondary color, where i could choose ?
My goal is, if i saved my template, i would just need to change the default colors and all colors in the page would change.
