Unwanted echo of information from a sidebar in the post section of a single page template.

I have an unwanted echo of information from a sidebar built on a single page template (screen shot below. I have rebuilt the template several times based on instructions on the GoCreatMe videos but this echo always returns when I publish the page. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong, where it comes from and how I can get rid if it?
All help gratefully accepted.
