I am new at using WordPress and Elementor Pro. I have tried the chat help on WordPress but it seems to be something about my computer. The chat support person could not duplicate the problem on their computer. Suggested a different browser but I tried Safari and the same thing happened. As soon as I click the Theme Builder the screen goes dark and I can barely make out a few buttons and some text. I can click on some items but it is basically functionless. I sent a noted to Elementor but I probably won't hear back for a few days.
Hoping to get up and running sooner than later. Any help would be appreciated. I am in Phuket, Thailand
