Sub-menu on Navigation showing permanently.

The Navigation menu is behaving strangely. The menu has 5 main headings + 3 submenus under ‘Harrogate’. When ‘Harrogate’ is hovered over the 3 submenus appear in the right place, but at all other times they are permanently displayed on the left of the screen (screen grab attached).
