Question stop animation when mouse leaves the Inner Section

I created an "Inner Section" with 3 columns. In each column there's an image and I've applied the "3D Tilt" mouse effect on all images.

My problem is that when I scroll past this "Inner Section" the "3D Tilt" mouse effect animation keeps moving the 3 images around.

I need the animation to stop when my mouse is moved beyond (below) the "Inner Section" images.

Is this possible?
