Static Footer Plugin

Guys i am looking to see if there is any way to introduce a static footer on some pages of my website.

So I don't want the static footer on every page but only on selected pages.

Does anyone know if this is possible with a plugin or bespoke coding?

Any help or guidance would be much appreciated
