Shortcode doesn't work with elementor builder (on mobile)

Hi,

I have a problem, when i put a shortcode (email captur) with elementor builder, he doesn't appear in mobile version.(phones and tablets) desktop its ok.

I tried the shortcode with an other builder, It is ok, i tried with just wordpress on my website, it is ok.

When i put it with wordpress, i save and after i want to build the page with elementor, the shortcode disapears on mobile.

wordpress last version, same for all.

What's the problem ?
