Rollback keeps undoing itself

So I had to rollback to a previous version to get some widgets to work, but then Elementor seems to keep randomly updating back to the current version, which breaks my site. I thought maybe I had auto update set somewhere, but can't seem to find that anywhere.

Any thoughts? Thanks!
