Red X when form submitted

Hi
I had 'essential add ons for elementor' installed on my system and realized that I do not require it. Post that, I have unsubscribed and de-activated it. Since then I am getting a X when I submit my elementor form and the redirect has stopped working. The data is getting submitted to the DB and the webhook also is working.
Also the custom messages on submission have stopped coming. Can someone please help what is the issue?

I bought essential addons and activated it again but still the problem persists. Please help.
