QUESTION: POSTS WIDGET QUERY. How to setup an AND condition on 2 tags

Hi, I have a group of 10 posts (in the same Category), All 10 have a TAG = M001. But 5 of those posts in addition have a second TAG - V001, And the other 5 have a second TAG - V002. When i INCLUDE - TAG = M001 plust TAG = V001. the Query returns - ALL 10 posts, i guess becaise all of the contain a TAG M001. How to set up an AND condition, so only if BOTH are satisfied (M001 + V001) only posts containing TAGS M001 and V001 would be returned ? And posts containing the second TAG - V002 would NOT be included. Is it possible ?
