Question Problem with vertical alignment with LAYERS- theme

Hi,
I would like to use the 'position top' feature in 'layout'.
But it doesn't work ( in LAYERS theme, others work fine).

The template vertically centers the content based on the largest content (see Image).

Anyone a solution?
