Positioning a text-wrapped image in Elementor

I have searched the Internet trying to find a way to precisely position a text-wrapped image in Elementor. I am trying to achieve something similar to the attached image, which is from an older version of my website that was edited in another Page Builder. Using the old editor, I could place the wrapped image anywhere in the text block. So far, I have only been able to place a text-wrapped image at the top or bottom of the block, not somewhere in the middle. Is this possible in Elementor? If so, I would appreciate some instructions.
