photos included unable to edit columns

When I add a section, I can not add rows to an existing column. I have searched extensively and watched many videos. You’ll see in the attached photos what I believe is my problem however I am far from sure. One photo is a screenshot from an instructional YouTube video, the other is my elementor. It seems that I am missing some of my options in my blue editing menu. I am using the paid pro version.
