Parallelogram in menubar - not in code, not in site title can't find error

Hi community,
What could be the source of the problem I have? This rhomboid appeared suddenly next to "Services", and I have no idea what the cause is. Running on Wordpress.com with Elementor Hallo Theme (Safari in Mac).

Very interesting, on Google Chrome it is a simple rectangle.
Site it appeared on: https:// in-the-box-consulting.ch /services/

(Not a coder, the code is probably full of things I don't need)
