Paid Essential Account: E. keeps nagging to buy

I have paid essential account. ID 10359327 21APR21

At Dashboard>Elementor>Templates>Theme Builder. I wish to edit header. All boxes have cover notice, "Go Pro". If clicked links to page with costs of different subscriptions. Additionally, in the dropdown for Elementor there is a red "Go Pro" button. Perhaps I did not do a proper install?
Please advise.

First download "Elementor-Pro" from your Elementor account and install it.
You need "Elementor" and (!) "Elementor-Pro". Both.
Login to your Elementor account and combine your website with your account. Thats all.
Or look at you website --> Elementor-->License. See my screenshot

I have installed free and then Essential paid Elementor.
WP Dashboard shows Elementor as "Active"
The menu dropdown for E. at the dashboard does not have a
"License" item. It has at the bottom of the list in red color, "Go Pro". Somehow the system does not know the program is paid for.
"my.elementor.com" links to my.elementor.com/websites and does not go to "My Account".

On my account it looks like the screenshot below . But i have a large license account.
If you not find out what the problem ist contact Elementor directly.
What did you mean with "Essential paid..." Did you installed
"Elementor-PRO" and "Elementor" in the plugins folder? Take a look at
the second screenshot

Hello friend,

In plugins, only Elementor shows.

I went to my Elementor account and downloaded the .zip file.
In "Install plugin" when I select the file and upload it when I click "Install" I get this message.
"The uploaded file exceeds the upload _max_filesize directive in php.ini."

I got the WP program from my host, and they are also providing the php. I have not intentionally done anything to modify any files in php and I do not know how to do that and I do not know what value to set.
This is good progress; than you for your help.

I just increased the file upload to 8M and successfully installed the E. plugin and activated it.

Now....
I have uploaded a header block, #86.
Background set to solid color.
I want it to be the landing and or home page.
My immediate problem. I want to select a font, size, and color, and type in the title text.
I am at the Elementor menu; elements.
