Open a Popup from a NavMenu

dont know if anybody figgered this out ?

I take the link from an created button thats open a Popup and insert this in an Menulink. Linkexample :
test.org/?elementor-preview=35&ver=1549013000#elementor-action%3Aaction%3Dpopup%3Aopen%20settings%3DeyJpZCI6IjMyNCIsInRvZ2dsZSI6ZmFsc2V9
Cut and copy it at the #elementor-action.....
paste it in "Menu/custom Links".

Is there anyone out there with a better Solution to get Popup from a NavMenu ?

How do you get the URL for a popup?
I want to use it to launch it from a link in a paragraph of text.
