Newbie user... Elementor Pro

Hi everyone, total newbie here! I'm building my first website and I registered the domain with GoDaddy. I just bought Elementor Pro Personal (1 website) and want to active it on my WP backend. However, my website is still not live and is currently at ***.***.myftpupload.com. If I register Elementor Pro right now with that URL, will I still be able to use it when the site is transferred over to my actual domain name? I hope this makes sense! Thanks:)
