Question Nav Menu icons missing and flashing "?" and "!" ????

I'm updating someone's site so I made a new blank page, set it to Elementor canvas, added a Nav Menu....and the icons are missing. They're flashing a "?" and a "!" where the arrows should be. Never seen this before. Anyone know why this is broken?

Ok, it's the "Fashion Diva" theme overriding Elementor....even if I make a new page as a canvas. Never seen this before since I don't use themes. Hmmm.....
