Question "My templates" section nowhere to be found

Brand new Elementor user, here I am trying to add a sticky header to my site, and I spend the better part of an hour trying to find the damn thing I can't find the my templates section that everyone else seems to have, anyone had this problem? switched Elementor off an on, changed themes, played around in settings, but to no avail

Please tell me someone's been through this and managed to fix it

It is easy to confused at first.
It is not in the Elementor dashboard. It is actually in the WordPress Dashboard.
In my case, it is below the Elementor tag and above the Elements:
