MENU Responsive for all desktop sizes how??

As shown in the video. Menu is messed up on lower destop screens.

I uploaded this video to youtube because I cant attach .mp4 file.




How do I make it responsive while also being even closer to phone button?

Okay I figured this out by aliging menu to right and deleting column margin
