Menu item won't direct me to anchored section on homepage

I anchored my "ABOUT" menu item to scroll down to the ABOUT portion of my homepage. Works good....

But when I am on a page other than my homepage, clicking "ABOUT" does nothing.

What gives?

Nevermind. I figured it out. What, no delete button?
