Manually adjusting the featured image for single blog post

I am having an issue with the single blog post template. Here are the settings I'm using for the cover photo; however, the "center center" option isn't ideal for every image I have selected for my featured image. How can I manually adjust the image for each individual post? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
