Lightbox Pan when zoomed does not work in Windows Desktop browsers

I cannot get images to pan when lightbox is zoomed in, when using my PC. Is there some I am missing or is this feature broken.

Zoom: If set to Yes, adds a clickable icon to allow user to zoom in on the image in the lightbox. Once you zoom into an image, you’ll be able to pan the view and scroll across the different areas of the image.

The images zoom in, but scroll does not work. However if I view the same page on IOS tablet or Android Phone it does scroll. Any ideas how to get things scrolling in Windows? Have tried both Chrome and Edge browsers and different PCs.

Hi, have you found out what causes the problem or how to fix it? I'm struggling with the exact same issue.

No unfortunately not. I concluded Elementor have not properly implemented this feature in Windows browsers even though the documentation say it should work. So it is a bug I guess.

After I turned off some of the plugins it seems to have started working, although not perfectly (scrolling still affects the page and not the image in lightbox, but at least I can pan across the image by clicking and draging). So I guess in my case it was an issue of a plugin.
