Jump Links (Menu Anchors) to another page not working in mobile

I'm trying to set up a jump link that's linked to another page's subjection. It's working fine on desktop, but it's not working properly on mobile. On mobile, I'm only directed to the top of the page but not scrolled to the subsection.

I've made sure to setup the menu anchor on the mobile version of the page as well.

What gives? Is there any workaround for this?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Never mind, I found the fix! Turns out it's because I had two menu anchors in two different places. Deleted one and it's fixed.
