Is it possible to create a horizontal submenu (with a vertical primary menu)?

I bought Elementor pro a few months ago.

I do have a header with at the right side a few links (vertical)

What i want to do is when I click on a link a submenu must open horizontally under the header..
p.e. when I click on link 1:

------------------------submenu bar-----------------------------
link1> link1sub1 | link1sub2 | link1sub3 etc
------------------------submenu bar-----------------------------

The submenu bar is not directly under the vertical links, but slightly below it.
Is it possible to do this?
