Images don't appear if the page layout is setted as "Elementor Full Width"

Hi I'm Pietro,
I'm new here and I got an issue with Elementor.
I'm trying to create a full width page with background image but, if i set "Elementor Full Width" as page layout other images of the page appear only in edit mode.
In "live" mode there're no image on the page.

If i set default page layout other images appears also in "live" mode.

Any idea to solve?

I'm using Wordpress and Customizr as theme
