Iconlist with transparant icon.

Hey hey ,

I have 3 iconlist boxes with a difference in the amount of items i want to list.
I want them lined out though.

I thought the best way to do so, is to list a similiar amount of icons in the inconlist boxes.
But to use transparant icons for where i don't want anything mentioned.

Unfortunately i am unable to upload a transparant icon.

Does anybody know how to add a transparant icon?
Or how to solve this problem?
