Icon size won't change with Elementor Pro

Hi there! I am having trouble figuring out how to solve this problem and what the source of it is...

Whenever I insert an icon and go to scale the size, it won't change! Even if I set size of the icon with CSS, the icons stays the same, but it occupies more space like it had a paddling to it.

Please help! It is driving me nuts!!!
