How to poisition 4 columns on different position and set background image full width with responsive too

I dont why but i coulnt make it.

I created 4 columns and background image is set which is fully not covering the section.if it do, then it img cuts from above. and when i give my columns position absolute it messes up in mobile view.

please check and let me know how to do this. I am kinda pissed because it me 2 day and still cant achieve output.
