Question How to hover with 2 different images?

Just installed wordpress and elementor and trying to use it.
I found a video where it was possible to use a second pict during hover:

For me it does not work. The pict does not show any possibility to change something on hover.
First thing I tried here.. Not working
What did I miss?

Hi,
I think you need to edit the column - - then you should be able to edit the column background.
