How to edit font on header block

I am at the Elementor menu; elements.
I have uploaded a header block, #86.
Background set to solid color.

I want to select a font, size, and color, and type that in the title text.

screenshot which template you want to use. And what do
you want to change or style.

I wish to write the site name into the maroon area and have the site dropdown menus below that in a line.
My immediate problem is that I do not know how to put text into that part of the header.

Sorry, but i don't understand what you want to do. The screenshot is not helpfull.
And i dont see the header content. Do you have a link to to the site?
What is a "maroon area"? I am from germany and my english is not perfect ;-)
If you use a header template you can edit the most parts. And you can add
most Elementor widgets. Take a look at the Elementor header template tutorial:

My question is, how to place and format the title in the header.
The type is there, but I have somehow made it almost the same color as the background. I have attempted to make the font color white, and when I go the to font color I pick the upper left corner, but the title remains the same maroon. I am picking a color but have not added it to the type.

In my screenshot you see that all you can change:
left: logo
middle: separate header text
right: menu
Background-color: from black to turquoise
