Question How to dynamically show image gallery from WP Media Library?

I'm trying to create a simple gallery website where the gallery page dynamically populates an image gallery element with images from the wordpress media library (perhaps filtered using tags or third party folder management?). Is there a way to do this? Thanks.

Check out Unlimited Elements free widgets. I believe their gallery works dynamically. And they have great tutorials on you tube.
