How to activate the header section?

Hello all. I would like to ask how to activate the header section. I use the Astra theme. I have a problem displaying and editing the menu. Did someone have a similar problem and how can it be solved. Thank you for all the help.
Can only edit the header section - menu, logo when I have the pro version?
