How do I go about recreating this off canvas menu style in elementor?

I'm using elementor pro and tried using the accordion widget but it doesn't have that many customization options. So I'm wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of the type of CSS I need to use that will let me add a single line between each tab, hover state for each tab, and have a underline appear under the tab title when selected
