Question How do I attach a CSV file in a form submission - Elementor Pro

I have a specific contact form, which in every submission it sends my an email with all the clients inputs info.
I'm currently trying to accomplish 2 things:

1. I am trying to figure out a way to get this info sent as a CSV file to the email too (as an attachment) - preferable with previous submissions listed.
2. Is there a way to create a Google Sheets file that will by synced with the form submissions?

I'm trying to figure out a simple way to get a CSV file sent to my email in every form submission for a specific form and stack previous submissions.

Edit: I'm currently trying to do that using this plugin: contact-form-7-to-database-extension@github
without any success.
I managed to send it as a download csv link, but not as an attachment.

PHP 7.2
I own the Elementor pro version.
