Question How can I use elementor to apply a margin for my mobile menu? THANK YOU

Hello,
thank you for you time!

I am using the free version and can not find any way to but a space/margin beetween the menu items (see picture).
Is this possible without css or the premium version? Is there a workaround for example a second menu that is only shown on mobile?
