Question How can I put a new Element in order by Table

Hi there and sorry for my terrible, horrible and awful English.

Our customer wants a sort by "SKU" in his shop product grid.
How or where can I change the programming and add another point like "SKU"?
I've took a screenshot, to show where I mean.
