Question Help with Top Down Menu Bar and posts

I created a website a year ago and have forgotten most things about Elementor, so I hope someone can help.

I want to start creating some posts however the 'Top Menu Bar' widget I created is appearing below the Post title, I can't see a way of fixing this, can anyone help?
