help text as a link hover color

Sometimes it's the simple things that stumped me. In Elementor I have texts that has a link associated with it I can't figure out how to change the color of that text when you hover over it. Can someone please help me?

Can't see the details on the video - all too small to read.. but it looks like a custom CSS addition which I did in the end anyway ("Additional CSS", and which works OK).

a {color:#ff0000;}
a:hover {color:0000ff;}

But really, link, link hover and link visited colors should be an option from somewhere within Elementor. No big deal though Thanks buffalobooster! Quick work...
