Footer not at the bottom, help...

I've read and tried pretty much anything and I cant still figure it out.

I simply create a footer and include it the entire site expecting it to work but I'm missing something and my footer is hanging in the top of the page.
Anyone can please help me?

Hi
I see the footer on the bottom of the page. But i think that you created a footer
on the main site. Better that you create a seperate footer. Like the seperate header.
This works better.
