Email Not getting sent

Hello All,
Looking for some feedback from the community. We recently created a website using Elementor/WordPress. We have couple of custom forms for Contact us. The forms are not sending emails. There seems to be some issue with the setup. Below are the details. Looking for feedback from the community on how to resolve it. thank you for your help! Bhoomi.
