Question Elementor "Icon List" widget to auto-populate from ACF "Repeater" fields?

Hey guys, novice here. I'm trying to figure out how to setup an Icon List widget to automatically populate list items via a ACF Repeater I have set up.

Basically, if you were to add/remove a (text) list item within the ACF Repeater field - then it would be added/removed from the Elementor Icon List. This way, each page dynamically shows only the list items included for that post. Is this possible?
