i want to know is there any way to get free version of elementor pro not able to buy as its quite expensive and i dont need much

There is a free version of Elementor on the Wordpress plugin repository : https://en-gb.wordpress.org/plugins/elementor/
The pro version is a paid ( not free ) plugin because it contains additional features. Don't be fooled by websites offering the Pro version for free, they will be modified plugins which will likely lead to your website being hacked, or your customers/users data being harvested.
Other alterative ways of getting the pro version, is using an agency for your website maintenance and/or design and hosting. Which include the usage of a licence on sites they manage. However most maintenance and hosting plans with an agency will be £150+ a month so obviously more expensive than the licence cost for the entire year.
